For years, I spent hundreds of dollars on personal trainers and cookie-cutter programs. While some of them helped, I always felt there had to be a smarter, more flexible way to get personalised workouts and support without breaking the bank.

That’s where the idea for PT Prompts was born. With the rise of AI tools like ChatGPT, I realised that anyone could create their own virtual personal trainer — if they just knew the right questions to ask. The problem? Most people don’t know how to “speak AI” in a way that produces useful, personalised results.

So I took my own experience in fitness, combined it with my years of trial and error (and wasted money on expensive PT sessions), and built this guide. It’s designed to help you unlock ChatGPT as a powerful training partner — giving you tailored workouts, accountability prompts, recovery tips, and more, all at a fraction of the cost of traditional coaching.
